Our rates are for the entire house and up to four guests per night, minimum of 2 nights required.
High season 24.11.24 to 10.02.2025 and 24.11.2025 to 09.2.2026: R1400/night
Low season 11.02.2025 to 23.11.2025 and 10.02.2026 to 16.11.2026: R1000/night
Please note that the house has two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 twin beds). The bathroom is to be shared. Sorry, but Meerkat Manor can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and no dogs except small pets.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 4 weeks before check-in date: 90 % refund
Cancellation 1 week or more before check-in date: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 1 week before check-in date: No refund
Reservations may be transferred to other guests on the same date for an administration fee of 10% of the booking. The original payment will be credited to the new guest(s).
